Job Description Supervises case managers delivering employment and training services, ensuring compliance with funder rules and achievement of performance outcomes. Oversee case manager workloads, assignments, and performance. Review case files to ensure accuracy and compliance. Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to staff. Support recruitment, engagement, and retention of participants. Track outcomes and report results to leadership. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field. 3+ years of case management experience, workforce development preferred.
