Bankruptcy Attorney

We’re a growing bankruptcy law firm focused on helping clients move from stress and uncertainty to stability and a fresh start. We’re looking for an attorney who is thoughtful, accountable, and motivated to do meaningful work for people who truly need it. This is a role for someone who takes ownership of their work, follows through, and is always looking for ways to improve, both personally and professionally. You won’t be micromanaged, but you will be expected to stay engaged, keep cases moving, and contribute to the team. You should be comfortable stepping into work you already know how to do and equally willing to learn what you don’t. Initiative matters here. So does consistency. This is a remote position with occasional in-person court appearances in Austin, San Antonio, and Waco. The role is full-time (40 hours/week). Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $95,000, depending on experience.
