Service Areas

This field-based role supports patients throughout the San Fernando Valley and Antelope Valley. Regular travel throughout the assigned territory is required.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
• Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in California.
• Minimum of one (1) year of Nurse Practitioner clinical experience.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and care management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
• Current TB test or willingness to obtain prior to employment.
