Lalla Grill Oceanside is located on Cannery Row in Monterey, offering a vibrant, full-service dining experience with a strong focus on quality food, teamwork, and guest experience.

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team. This role is essential to keeping kitchen operations running smoothly by maintaining clean kitchenware, supporting the kitchen staff, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

You'll report directly to the Lalla Grill Management Team and work closely with cooks and kitchen staff to uphold high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dishwashing area.
• Assist with light prep and cleaning tasks as needed.
• Support kitchen operations and restocking as required.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen flow.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented and detail-focused.
• Spanish preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
