Licensed Psychologist - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Bastrop, TX. This role is eligible for a $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians offering 25+ hours of availability per week. We’re especially interested in: Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support) Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles Strong character matters — we value integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care Qualifications Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD) Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided Compensation Up to $122,400, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
