Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Demonstrated expertise with pediatric populations, particularly in early childhood and elementary school settings
• Background in school-based SLP services and knowledge of individualized educational programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills
• Prior experience with a range of student needs, including moderate to profound, is highly valued

Role Expectations:

• Conduct both screenings and in-depth assessments for K–12 students
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students’ progress
• Document therapy sessions, progress, and recommendations according to school and regulatory guidelines
• Provide direct intervention in speech, language, pragmatic, and communication skills
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary problem-solving as needed
