We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Dental Assistant in our thriving endodontic office. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the endodontist during dental procedures, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Greet and prepare patients for treatment, explaining procedures and answering any questions to alleviate concerns.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed by the endodontist.
Perform dental charting and record patient information accurately in electronic health records.
Provide chairside assistance during procedures, anticipating the endodontist's needs and ensuring patient comfort.
Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene instructions.
Manage inventory and supplies, restocking as needed to ensure seamless workflow.
Maintain compliance with infection control protocols and OSHA regulations.
Continuously enhance skills and knowledge through professional development opportunities.
