Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and the Six Rights of Medication Administration Accurately document in MAR/TAR in real time Monitor symptoms, report adverse reactions, and support symptom relief Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs) and transcribe physician orders Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes Maintain medication carts, perform narcotic counts, and ensure regulatory compliance Qualifications & Skills Active LPN license in good standing CPR and First Aid certifications Strong assessment and documentation skills Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred Impact: You play a vital role in preventing medication errors, early detection of health changes, and ensuring resident safety through precise clinical practices and regulatory adherence. #J-18808-Ljbffr The VIOS Clinic
