Allstar Therapies Inc. is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our experienced rehabilitation team in the Westmoreland County area. This position offers a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work within a structured, collaborative healthcare environment.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, patient-focused clinician who values consistency, teamwork, and high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide physical therapy services to a diverse adult population
Collaborate with medical, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations
Educate patients on mobility, strength, and injury prevention
Work independently in a structured clinical setting
Qualifications
✔ Active PA Physical Therapist License (required)
✔ Bachelor of Science Degree and graduate from an accredited school of physical Therapy (Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred)
✔ Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
✔Certification in CPR
✔ Strong documentation and communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently
✔ Experience in correctional, acute care, or skilled nursing settings a plus
