Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy at Providence St. Joseph's Medical Center is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist, preferably with neuro and vestibular rehab experience, to join our team at our Outpatient Clinic in Burbank, CA. We are proud to have a newly constructed Outpatient clinic on the Hospital campus where we provide state of the art care and specialty services in hand therapy, oncology, head and neck lymphedema, orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health for men and women, balance, Parkinson's disease, torticollis, and more!

Therapeutic Associates, Inc. prides ourselves on our one-on-one patient care and strong relationships with referral sources. We offer leadership training and unprecedented one-on-one clinical mentorship. Therapeutic Associates, Inc. has maintained a contract with St. Joseph's Medical Center since 1954, within the inpatient and outpatient settings. We serve patients ranging from newborns to older adulthood. Our patients span from NICU, orthopedic, neurological, oncology, bariatric, and ICU early mobility. We are an advanced primary stroke center! Acute rehabilitation is primarily neurological, with some post ICU patients and complex orthopedics. Our facility is separated into four areas, including inpatient, outpatient, acute rehab, and lymphedema/oncology rehab – each offering their own unique perks. Our inpatient hospital offers bedside treatment and in two different PT gyms. The acute rehab area has a separate floor with a PT/OT gym. The oncology rehab area is a separate clinic with lymphedema rooms, a gym, and a beautiful restorative garden. Finally, the outpatient clinic has multiple treatment rooms, a hands area, and a gym used in the treatment of patients. Our team is looking for a PT who is eager to learn and grow in the areas of practice we provide. Our ideal candidate would be a flexible, curious, go-getter who is looking for a home away from home with a group of professionals that are active outside of work and enjoy spending time together. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Physical Therapist is expected to conduct initial evaluations and accurately assess patient conditions to develop appropriate goals and treatment plans.
• Must be able to work an established schedule with flexibility according to daily clinic needs and complete accurate documentation through EMR (EPIC) software.
• Therapist will be expected to meet the demands of the clinic's schedule, work effectively with support staff as appropriate, and perform other duties as required.
• Ideal candidates will embrace their role as mentor and teammate, supporting other staff as needed and fostering the advancement of Therapeutic Associates, Inc. as a learning organization.
• Must demonstrate eagerness to advance clinical skills and develop personal leadership excellence.
