Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient health and vital signs. Assist in creating and implementing patient care plans. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Provide education to patients and their families. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Respond to medical emergencies effectively. Follow safety and infection control protocols diligently Qualifications Current Pennsylvania LPN license. Minimum of 1-2 years of LPN/LVN experience.
