Base Pay Range: $23.08 – $34.62 per hour ($48,000 – $72,000 annualized) + commission override

NLP Holdings’ Roofing Portfolio is scaling fast with more companies being added to the portfolio. Field Marketing (our door-to-door canvass teams) is the engine that drives every one of those companies, and the person who recruits, hypes up, and trains that engine is the person we are hiring.
This is a builder role. You will own the top of the funnel across every roofing company we own — and across every new company we add.

You are that somebody. You are the first voice candidates hear, the face they see at Opportunity Night, and the coach who runs their first bootcamp. The tone you set becomes the culture on every doorstep, in every market we own.
What You’ll Own- Recruiting Pipeline: Source, screen, and interview Field Marketer candidates across all portfolio companies. Build the top of the funnel and keep it full.
- Opportunity Nights: Host recruiting events in-person in Pasco and virtual for portfolio markets where you sell the opportunity and convert attendees into applicants. These are group settings where your presence matters.
- Sales Training Bootcamps: Run the training programs that follow each Opportunity Night. Deliver the playbook, drill the scripts, and send new Field Marketers into the field ready to knock on day one.
- Portfolio Coordination: Partner directly with Zac Carter and the owners of our portfolio businesses. Understand each company’s hiring needs, adjust the playbook, and close feedback loops fast.
- Culture: Set the tone new recruits carry into their first week in the field. Your energy on day one becomes their energy at door one.
This role is built for an operator who wants to own the outcome, not sit in a support seat. You will thrive here if:
- You run at problems instead of waiting for permission.
- You would rather pitch ten strangers than sit through one meeting.
- You have sold, recruited, and trained before — ideally in a door-to-door commission driven environment and people followed you.
- You are comfortable being the loudest, most energetic person in the room, and you are a shrewd enough judge of character to screen someone out when it is the right call.
- You can hold a group’s attention for hours and send them home believing they can do this.
- You want upside, not a salary cap. Your paycheck reflects your output, and you prefer it that way.
- 2+ years in recruiting, sales training, sales leadership, or high-volume hiring. Experience in in-home services, door-to-door sales, or similar industries is preferred.
- Proven experience running group presentations, training sessions, or bootcamps comfortable on a stage, whether virtual or in person.
- Strong interview instincts and a track record of building, growing, or scaling a team.
- Proficiency with standard recruiting tools (ATS platforms, job boards, virtual meeting software) and willingness to learn our stack.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional workspace for virtual training delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Up to 10%. Most recruiting and training is run from Pasco, WA, with virtual delivery into our portfolio markets. Occasional travel is required for in-person bootcamps, company launches, and new portfolio additions.
CompensationIn compliance with the Washington State Equal Pay and Opportunities Act, the full pay range for this position is disclosed below.
- Base Pay: $23.08 – $34.62 per hour ($48,000 – $72,000 annualized), based on experience. Full-time, W-2, non-exempt (overtime eligible under state and federal law).
- Commission Override: You will be eligible for a percentage-based override tied to the commissionable production of Field Marketers you recruit and train during their early months on the team. Specifics of the override structure will be reviewed during the interview process.
Total earning potential is directly tied to how well you recruit and train. There is no cap on the override.
