HRIS Specialist

To support the Benefits Operations Group, the contract Workday HR Specialist I will conduct benefits audits and manage benefits data while working remotely on an hourly basis through the end of the year. Key responsibilities Conduct benefits audits to ensure data accuracy Manage and analyze benefits data within Workday Collaborate with the team to handle an influx of work efficiently Required qualifications Experience using Workday, particularly with benefits data Ability to work with large data sets Availability to work EST hours remotely Contract availability through the end of the year Prior experience in an HR or benefits operations role is preferred
