SUITE ATTENDANT

Suite Attendant (Part-Time Seasonal) at Atrium Health Park Pay Range: $12.00 - $12.00 Summary Takes food and beverage orders and efficiently delivers items to suite and premium area guests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Promptly and warmly greet guests in the suite or premium space; take food and beverages efficiently, following established steps of service. Deliver food promptly and professionally; maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards; follow up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests. Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients; advise guests on appropriate combinations of food and drinks when requested; accommodate reasonable requests and note preferences; demonstrate knowledge of specialized diets and allergens as needed. Communicate directly with back‑of‑the‑house staff to ensure orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated. Exhibit exceptional communication skills and demonstrate ability to get along well with others; remain flexible and patient when communicating with guests and staff. Collect tickets and follow proper cash‑handling procedures. Promote a clean, safe and neat environment for guests. Maintain a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information shared. Promptly address complaints or issues; relay relevant information or complaints directly to supervisor. Ensure that the suite or premium space is properly set up prior to and after the service period; keep area clean and neat while meeting established sanitation standards. Operate a variety of equipment, including fire extinguishers, telephones, chafers, inductions, beverage machines, soup wells and coffee machines. Work with staff of other departments to perform job duties during special events and functions. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must possess or be able to obtain a valid alcohol servers' permit.
