Registered Nurse (RN)

Unit Information

The role is based in the Operating Room, located in Arlington, TX.

Number of Beds: 10 Operating Rooms
Staffing Needs: RNs and Technologists for both day and night shifts

Job Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

Taking on-call duty 4-6 times a month, along with upcoming holidays as required.
Providing excellent patient care in the operating room environment.
Collaborating effectively with a multi-disciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess the following:

Required Skills:
- Completion of PeriOp 101 program
- Experience in orthopedic and trauma procedures
Preferred Skills:
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) with experience in orthopedic and trauma cases

Personality Fit

Ideal candidates will be team-oriented and exhibit strong communication skills to create a positive work environment.

Dress Code

Standard scrub attire is required for all staff members.

Additional Information

Weekend and call shift requirements apply to all positions within this specialty.
