This is a part-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist, based in Dearborn, MI. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, providing therapeutic exercises, guiding patients through rehabilitation programs, monitoring progress, and ensuring optimal recovery. The role requires collaboration with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes.

• Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation practices
• Expertise in Medicine and Patient Care with a focus on mobility and recovery
• Experience in Home Care treatment plans is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• State licensure in physical therapy and relevant certifications
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to outstanding patient care
• Previous experience in outpatient or home healthcare settings is a plus
• Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
