The Basics Location: Split time between two clinics – M/T/W in Tempe 85281, Th/F in Scottsdale 85251 Salary + Bonus Potential: $65,000 – $91,400 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities) Reporting: Directly to the Clinical Manager The Job You’ll Do Work as a critical member of a multidisciplinary team delivering exceptional patient care. Partner with primary care providers to deliver whole‑patient care. Provide brief, structured interventions (e.g., Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence‑based psychosocial treatments (e.g., Cognitive‑Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy). Leverage real‑time data to understand and improve patient outcomes. Contribute to an expanding clinical team focused on innovative care delivery. The Right Fit Minimum: Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.) + an active license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LAMFT or LMFT) in good standing. Proven passion and commitment to patient impact and clinical outcomes. Desire to collaborate with diverse healthcare providers for whole‑patient care.
