POSITION SUMMARY:

Under general supervision, the Digital Platforms & Marketing Operations Specialist supports the execution, optimization, and governance of the company's digital marketing ecosystem. This role is responsible for maintaining digital platforms, supporting marketing automation and CRM processes, ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable insights that improve lead generation, customer engagement, and marketing performance.

This position serves as a key resource within the Marketing Communications team, connecting digital platforms, campaigns, analytics, and lead management processes to deliver efficient execution and measurable business outcomes. The role contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, platform innovation, AI-enabled marketing operations, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, IT, Business Intelligence, and Product Management.

The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

• Administer, optimize, and continuously improve company digital platforms, while supporting SEO, AI-search readiness, accessibility compliance, conversion optimization, and overall user experience.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support implementation, testing, and quality assurance of new platform features, integrations, and enhancements.
• Maintain platform readiness for campaigns, product launches, events, and lead generation initiatives.

• Configure, test, and maintain lead capture forms, nurture programs, automated workflows, and campaign tracking.
• Manage prospect lists, data imports, campaign associations, and lead routing processes.
• Support lead scoring models, lifecycle management, and automated conversion workflows.
• Monitor system integrations and data flows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and reporting consistency.
• Maintain established governance standards, naming conventions, and data hygiene practices.

• Administer lead qualification, assignment, tracking, and lifecycle management processes.
• Monitor lead progression, lead quality, speed-to-lead, and funnel performance metrics.
• Report on performance for lead generation, opportunity influence, and marketing contribution to pipeline.
• Analyze performance trends, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with Sales and Business Intelligence teams to improve reporting accuracy and lead management effectiveness.

• Support audience segmentation, personalization, and nurture program strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing and conversion optimization initiatives across websites, landing pages, forms, and email campaigns.
• Track customer engagement and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and lead progression.
• Document testing results, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns.

• Support administration of privacy, consent management, cookie compliance, and digital governance programs.
• Assist with accessibility reviews and implementation of digital best practices.
• Maintain documentation of marketing technology platforms, integrations, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Support responsible adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation within marketing operations.
• Research emerging digital technologies and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance.

• Collaborate with Marketing Communications, Sales, IT, Product Management, and Business Intelligence teams related to digital platforms and marketing systems to support business objectives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance execution speed, data quality, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Support ongoing optimization of marketing technology, digital processes, and customer experiences.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing Communications or 4+ years hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms.
• Working knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, CMS, analytics, and reporting platforms.
• Understanding of lead management, customer journey development, and marketing attribution.
• Familiarity with SEO, AI-search optimization, web accessibility, and privacy best practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $26.93/hr. and $37.02/hr.; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including commissions based on achieving individual performance and/or sales metrics, incentive compensation and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these additional compensation and benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
