Role Description As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Erik Lachance - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Qualifications Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
