Occupational Therapist - per diem

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Occupational Therapy. For Autism/Children’s Center: Pediatric rehabilitation professional experience as an OT preferred, but will consider new graduates with relevant intern experience. All Other Departments: Adult rehabilitation professional experience as an OT preferred, but will consider new graduates with relevant intern experience. Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree Occupational Therapy Occupational therapy experience in clinical setting. Defensive Driving upon hire. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
