Customer Success & Mission Deployment Lead

You will be responsible for taking Satlyt customers from signed contract through integration, deployment, successful operations, renewal, and expansion. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, technical program management, mission integration, and operations. Satlyt is building the secure AI operating layer for satellites. Our customers deploy Satlyt across spacecraft and supporting infrastructure to run software, AI, networking, and data-processing workloads in environments where integration complexity and mission schedules matter. Own customer onboarding after contract signature Convert contracts and statements of work into executable deployment plans Coordinate Satlyt engineering Customer engineering Payload teams Ground teams External partners Establish and manage Milestones Owners Timelines Dependencies Success criteria Manage integration and deployment schedules Identify technical and operational risks before they become blockers Coordinate testing and operational readiness Maintain proactive customer communication Own customer escalations through resolution Manage multiple customer deployments simultaneously Track Adoption Usage Customer health Deployment progress Customer outcomes Identify opportunities to expand Satlyt across additional spacecraft and workloads Support renewals and commercial expansion Build standardized onboarding and deployment processes Improve internal and customer-facing operational documentation Help build the systems required to support a rapidly growing satellite fleet 4+ years of experience in technical program management, technical customer success, mission management, solutions delivery, aerospace, defense, infrastructure, or a similar environment Demonstrated ownership of complex technical deployments Strong project and program management skills Ability to manage multiple teams, timelines, and dependencies Strong technical fluency Comfortable working directly with engineering teams Excellent written and verbal communication Strong operational discipline Ability to identify and elevate risks early Comfortable operating in an early-stage startup Strong ownership mindset Satellite mission operations Spacecraft integration Aerospace program management Launch campaign experience Government or defense programs Technical SaaS or infrastructure products Developer platforms Hardware/software integration Experience owning customer renewals or expansion #J-18808-Ljbffr Satlyt, Inc.
