Inpatient Addiction Consult & Liasion Team, NP/PA

ChristianaCare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Inpatient Addiction Consult & Liaison Team, providing specialized consultation services focused on substance use disorders, including opioid withdrawal management and medication-assisted treatment across Christiana Hospital and Wilmington Hospital.Working closely with Addiction Medicine Peer Counselors, Discharge Coordinators, physicians, social workers, and nursing staff, the APC will play a key role in improving outcomes for patients experiencing addiction-related health conditions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals affected by substance use disorders while collaborating with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based care.
