Senior Associate of Paid Media

A growing team is looking to bring on a Paid Media Specialist to support the execution and optimization of multi-channel paid campaigns. This role is hands-on and performance-driven, with a focus on driving results across platforms while supporting reporting and insights. It's a good fit for someone who enjoys working directly in buying platforms, can connect data to performance, and is comfortable contributing in a client-facing environment.

This role is hybrid with 3 days a week in office expected with a competitive base compensation and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic, and others
• Monitor campaign performance and make real-time optimizations to hit KPIs
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards and performance summaries tied to business outcomes
• Pull insights from campaign data and turn them into clear recommendations
• Support client-facing reporting by preparing updates and performance recaps
• Stay up to date on platform updates, new ad products, and testing opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams across accounts to ensure alignment and share learnings
• Provide guidance and review work from more junior team members

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or a related field; agency experience highly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree
• Hands-on experience across major paid platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic, etc.)
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Looker, Tableau, or similar
• Strong understanding of attribution, A/B testing, and full-funnel measurement
• Ability to translate data xhyhwjd into clear, actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
• Clear communicator, both internally and client-facing
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
