Senior Client Insight Manager This role requires scoping, designing, and executing strategic research to deliver actionable insights that influence firm decisions and business. The Senior Client Insight Manager works with cross‑functional teams to develop investor, client, and branch team insights, and takes high‑level decision making around research methodology, vendor management, and project prioritization. Responsibilities Provide strategic direction and consult with internal stakeholders and partners to define insights needs and create buy‑in on research work plans. Develop and execute enterprise research and customer intelligence that delivers actionable insights supporting firm priorities and deep understanding of client, prospect, and financial advisor behaviors. Monitor developments within the financial services research environment for strategic opportunities. Drive client/branch insights information gathering from primary and secondary sources, assessing accuracy, validity, and materiality. Detect emerging trends and sentiment shifts early using modern data sourcing (SEO/AEO signals, search behavior analytics, social listening, OSINT). Communicate insights to business partners and influence action by providing thought leadership. Evaluate project execution, track metrics, conduct assessments, and approve milestones. Identify, guide, and partner with external vendors for insights projects. Understand and recommend research methodologies, integrating advanced quantitative, qualitative, and behavioral approaches. Minimum Qualifications MBA, Masters of Marketing Research (MMR), or similar degree. 8+ years marketing research experience or 5+ years leadership and marketing research experience. Expertise in designing and executing qualitative and quantitative research studies, reading results, and generating immediately impactful insights. Awareness of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and client behavior patterns. Vendor management experience and ability to identify new vendors. Understanding of segmentations and persona development. Familiarity with data privacy regulations and data governance best practices. Location & Work Arrangement Candidates living within a commutable distance of our Tempe, AZ or St. Louis, MO office locations are expected to work onsite four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Prior to that date, candidates are expected to work onsite three days per week (preferably Tuesday‑Thursday). The role is posted as hybrid; selected candidates may retain home‑based status if they qualify.
