As a Shift Supervisor at Chick-fil-A Chick-fil-A Dickson City, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of Heart of House (kitchen) operations, ensuring the delivery of a Remarkable Guest Experience, operational excellence, and team development during your shift. Your role will involve managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the implementation of company policies and best practices, and driving operational efficiency in alignment with Chick-fil-A’s values and mis

Kitchen Leadership:

• Directly oversee the daily operations of the Heart of house (kitchen), ensuring all activities align with Chick-fil-A’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational performance and achieve daily business goals (food safety, food quality, cleanliness, speed of service, guest satisfaction, team performance, etc.)
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, labor costs, food costs, and customer service metrics, ensuring targets are met and exceeded

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate restaurant team
• Implement and maintain Chick-fil-A’s leadership development programs to nurture talent and promote from within

Customer Experience Excellence:

• Ensure Chick-fil-A’s high standards of customer service are consistently met and exceeded
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring the resolution aligns with Chick-fil-A’s customer-centric approach
• Create and foster a positive customer experience culture within the restaurant

Operational Efficiency & Compliance:

• Oversee inventory management to ensure that all supplies are adequately stocked, and food safety standards are met
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, company policies, and local, state, and federal laws to deliver exceptional food safety and quality standards
• Continuously seek opportunities for operational improvement to maximize efficiency and productivity
