Essential Qualifications:

• Active or eligible Wisconsin SLP licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials welcomed
• Experience or strong interest in a school-based setting
• Solid ability to collaborate with educational teams and families
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations appropriate for a school environment
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress closely
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to best support student success
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all applicable federal, state, and school regulations
