Allcare Therapy Services is growing, and we're looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a part-time basis . This position will provide services in our beautiful Howell and Wall Township clinics , working with children and families in a collaborative, supportive environment.

As we celebrate over 20 years of serving our community , we're excited to expand our services with our new Wall location, which will be home to our small-group ABA Day Program designed to provide individualized, meaningful support for every child.

What You'll Do

• Conduct ABA assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data.
• Collaborate with families and our multidisciplinary team of Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists.
• Complete documentation in accordance with insurance and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture.

What We're Looking For

• Current BCBA certification.
• New Jersey behavior analyst licensure (or eligibility).
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• A team player who values collaboration and family-centered care.
