Responsibilities:

The Physical Therapist will provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for the older adult population. This includes evaluating and treating in the most functional environment, developing and delivering physical therapy programs, making referrals to other disciplines, implementing individualized therapy programs, instructing patients and caregivers, and promoting a safe environment.

Qualifications:

Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility; and a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy. Must have a valid driver's license or reliable, independent transportation to and from the patients' residence.

Posted Salary Range: USD $80,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr.
