Requirements

• Up to date resume
• RTO included at time of submission
• 2+ years of experience in Med Surg with stroke stepdown experience
• Skills Checklist matching specialty
• EMR Exp: EPIC
• NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY License & ALL active RN Licenses
• Current AHA BLS, NIHSS
• Drivers licenses with matching address
