Inspire, coach, and develop a team of highly skilled event professionals. Ensure exceptional guest service and flawless event execution. Collaborate with culinary, beverage, operations, and client teams to deliver seamless experiences. Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail. Build and nurture strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to grow business. Drive operational excellence while maintaining financial accountability and profitability. Required Experience Minimum 5 years of event management experience. Minimum 3 years of event service experience. Minimum 2 years of fine dining service experience. Strong culinary and beverage knowledge with an appreciation for luxury hospitality. Proven leadership experience managing teams in a high-volume, high-expectation environment. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $85,000–$100,000 annually (based on experience) Commission Program Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Mandatory Three (3) Weeks Paid Vacation Annually Work Schedule: Varies based on event calendar and business needs.
