Job Summary: Lenovo is a global technology powerhouse focused on delivering Smarter Technology for All. The Services Portfolio Enablement Specialist will drive success in Lenovo's Services business by shaping impactful offerings and communications strategies while collaborating with sales teams to execute effective go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities:

• Advocate for Global Product Services (GPS): Serve as an evangelist for Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Support Services in North America, presenting to internal teams, external partners, and customers.
• Go-to-Market Readiness: Work closely with local teams to ensure offerings are fully prepared for market launch.
• Collaboration with Marketing Teams: Partner with Geo Services and Worldwide Marketing teams to drive product adoption and articulate the value proposition to internal and external audiences.
• Training Activation: Deliver tailored training sessions and product activations for local sellers and stakeholders, both individually and in groups.
• Best Practice Sharing: Promote continuous improvement by sharing best practices and insights across the team. In addition, support the GPS commercial operations within the GEO.
• Process Innovation: Where processes are lacking, swiftly develop, document, and implement repeatable processes, ensuring cross-functional alignment and completion.

Qualifications: Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in product marketing or product management of technical products, with a strong preference for experience in IT Professional Services and Solutions.

Preferred:

• Strong strategic thinking and customer focus.
• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to simplify complex solutions and convey them effectively.
• Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
