Fleet Dispatcher

The Fleet Dispatcher is responsible for fleet system management, and documentation processes essential to daily operations. This role contributes to operational efficiency, compliance, and accuracy while supporting vehicle readiness and delivery. Success in this position comes from strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Wage: $18.00/hr

Hours of operation and scheduling availability needs: Sunday through Friday 7 AM to 10 PM, Saturday 7 AM to 3 PM

Must have weekend availability

The key responsibilities and accountabilities are:

• Coordinate and execute fleet movements between airport locations, Local Edition sites, vendors, auctions, and retail lots

• Verify and audit non-revenue vehicle transfers to ensure accuracy and proper documentation

• Support inventory management through routine vehicle counts and lot checks

• Partner with operations teams to communicate real-time fleet availability and address needs

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

Passion for customer service and attention to detail - Go the extra mile.

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Must be able to:

• Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays; and work overtime as required.

• Work indoors and outdoors during all weather conditions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Communicate in English clearly and proficiently. Candidates fluent in other languages are encouraged to apply
