You will assist invarious administrative tasks, coordinate office activities, and contribute toefficient workflow management. Essential Functions: Answerand direct phone calls in a professional manner. Greetvisitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Maintainoffice supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Handleincoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails. Ensurethe office environment is tidy and organized. Assistin organizing and coordinating office events, conferences, and meetings. Collaboratewith other administrative staff to ensure seamless teamwork. Provideadministrative support to other departments or teams as needed. Additional Responsibilities: Performsother duties as assigned or requested. Conformsto all applicable Agency policies and procedures. Participatesactively in continuing education and in-services. Maintainsconfidentiality of patient information and business trade practices Assumesaccountability for reporting incidents and complaints according to Agencypolicy. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Organizationalskills Proficiencyin MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software. Attentionto detail and problem-solving skills. Abilityto respond to common inquiries or complaints, regulatory agencies, ormembers of the businesscommunity. Timemanagement Cooperativeattitude Advancedwritten and verbal interpersonal communication Abilityto work independently and as part of a team. Information Management: Treats all information and data within the scope of theposition with appropriate confidentiality andsecurity. Cooperatesfully in all risk management activities and investigations. MaintainsAgency/program compliance with local, state, and federal laws as well as stateaccreditation standards. Minimum Position Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certificationin Office Administration or related field is a plus. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Environmental Conditions: Standard office environment and occasional overtime orevening work may be required based on business needs. Physical Requirements: Sitting is required.Requires ability to handle fast paced situations in a calm and courteousmanner.
