Yost & Campbell Job OpportunityYost & Campbell is proud to offer:Competitive pay and commissions $30.00 - $50.00 per hour plus bonus opportunities and commission pay$3,000 sign on bonusCompetitive spifs and incentivesWeekly payProfit sharingSupport (you do what you do best, we take care of the rest)Full-time, year-round work stabilityOvertime availability and rotating on-call weekendsGenerous PTO awarded7 paid holidaysCompany vehicle and gas cardMedical, dental, vision, life, long and short-term disability insurance401k retirement plan matched by the companyGrowth opportunities and ongoing training/developmentJob description:Diagnostic troubleshooting and repair with all aspects of residential HVAC including steam and hot water boilers, central heating and A/C units and ductless split systems.Job responsibilities:Partner with dispatchers, other technicians and managers to provide customers with exceptional serviceAddress customer issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolutionServe existing and new accounts by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedule, investigating complaints, conducting tests, and resolving problemsMaintain rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, and recommending system improvementsKeep personal equipment operating by following instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and performing repairsDocument service actions by completing forms, logs, and recordsUpdate knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and individual training with our company trainer, and reading professional publicationsAccomplish operation & organization mission by completing related results as neededMust be able to maintain professional conduct in all work situations, have a "clean cut" appearance and adapt well to all types of working conditionsMinimum job requirements:5+ years of residential HVAC service experienceA customer-focused mindset - you take pride in helping peopleA team player with a professional, positive attitudeValid driver's license with a clean driving recordMust be able to access attics and tight spaces safelyEPA Universal Certification requiredNATE Certification preferred (but not required)Must be able to fluently speak, read, and write in the English languageEqual Opportunity Employer.
