Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility. As an RN, you will be responsible for ensuring that residents' needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, facility policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local guidelines. You will observe, evaluate and gather data, confer with and be directed by the Director of Nursing to meet emotional, physical, and cognitive needs of the patients.Responsibilities:Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and assessing and documenting changes in their conditionDevelop and implement individualized care plans based on residents' needs and goalsCoordinate care with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionalsEnsure that all documentation and charting is accurate, complete, and up-to-dateAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as neededEducate residents and families about their healthcare needs and treatmentsRespond to emergencies and provide first aid as neededAdhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations governing nursing care in the facilityQualifications:Valid and current RN license in the state of CaliforniaGraduate of an accredited nursing programMinimum of 1 year experience in a skilled nursing facility, acute care setting, or in-patient rehabilitation or in-patient behavioral health settingStrong clinical skills, including assessment, planning, and implementation of nursing careExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in using our clinical software American Health Tech (AHT) or similar.If you are a self-motivated, caring, and dedicated individual with a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply for this position.
