Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Exciting opportunities are available for experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) seeking contract roles serving schools across West Palm Beach, FL. In this dynamic position, you’ll collaborate with dedicated educational teams, providing essential services to students spanning a variety of ages and needs throughout multiple school sites. Full-time hours (35 per week, 7 hours per day) ensure you can make a significant impact and build meaningful connections.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current active Florida SLP license issued by the Department of Health
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Prior school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Flexible, with the ability to adapt to varying caseloads and locations
• Expertise in conducting assessments, delivering therapy, and collaborating within IEP teams
• Must pass required credentialing, including fingerprint clearance (with potential coordination for previously completed prints) and internal eligibility interview
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language services to support student learning
• Conduct student evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy across assigned caseloads
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
• Maintain timely, accurate records and participation in IEP meetings
• Serve students at multiple sites as assigned throughout the contract period

• On-site positions only (no remote/VOCO options available)
• Locations and age groups vary based on assignment; site details to be confirmed by early June
• Full-time schedule aligning with the academic year, August start and May completion
• Internal interview process for final onboarding and eligibility
