Finance Analyst

ODDITY is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our New York based team. You will support ODDITY across all aspects of financial planning and reporting, including ad-hoc projects. This is a high-visibility role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment. WHAT YOU'LL DO Analyze business performance across product categories, funnels and geographies Build monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements in compliance with US GAAP Support quarterly and year-end audits, including preparation of audit working papers Prepare monthly reports for leadership teams - highlighting KPIs, trends and insights Implement processes to enhance reporting efficiency, including automation and implementation of new tools Assist with budgeting, reforecasting and variance analysis across departments Partner cross-functionally with teams to align goals Strengthen internal controls framework and processes, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Recent graduate with relevant coursework or 1 - 3 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, public accounting or corporate finance, preferable in a high-growth environment Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field of study with a record of high academic achievement at a top university Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling and accounting practices Experience with tools like Looker, Claude, ERP systems or Alteryx is a plus Excellent attention to detail, plus the ability to see the bigger strategic picture Proactive, collaborative mindset - someone who asks "What's next?" instead of waiting for direction Eager to learn and comfortable navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment WHAT YOU'LL GET Salary range: $75k - 95k commensurate with experience Competitive benefits: Unlimited PTO, 401(k) match, employer-sponsored healthcare, paid disability leave, and commuter benefits Hybrid work environment: in-office four days per week Vibrant office in Soho neighborhood offering weekly family-style lunch and frequent team building events While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, ODDITY reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range #J-18808-Ljbffr
