Job Description Job Description Our organization is in search of a Breast Imaging Radiologist to provide locum coverage in Tennessee. Here are some key details: Focus exclusively on Breast Imaging. A standard workweek runs from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including a 30-minute lunch break. A 4-day workweek option is available if preferred. Participate in a tumor board meeting every Thursday morning at 7:00 AM. Responsibilities include performing screening and diagnostic mammograms, as well as screening and diagnostic ultrasounds, Breast MRIs, and both 2D and 3D tomosynthesis. Experience with Breast MRIs and procedures is preferred but not mandatory. While Breast CT is not required, having experience in this area is considered a plus. On average, each physician handles 50-60 cases daily, which includes 20-30 screening exams and 20-25 diagnostic interactions.
