About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Current license in applicable state Certifications: ACLS & BLS required Must-Have: - Must successfully pass the EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and a score of 100% on lethal rhythms. - MS/Tele and Cardiac Tele experience required. - Must have completed at least one travel assignment. Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse for a day shift position. The candidate will work 3 shifts per week from 07:00 to 19:30. Responsibilities include floating to medical-surgical and telemetry units as needed. No weekends, holidays, or on-call shifts are required. The facility mandates that all employees receive the Flu vaccine. Candidates must possess experience in MS/Tele and Cardiac Tele nursing. In addition, experience with BiPAP/CPAP management, blood product administration, and cardiac telemetry is expected. Other essential skills include central line care, chest tube management, and continuous bladder irrigation. Candidates should be adept in managing various cardiac and vasoactive drips. The patient population includes adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Daily census is approximately 125, with patient ratios of 4 during the day and 5 at night. This role involves interdisciplinary support and collaboration with various health professionals.
