Compensation and Hours Starting pay is $18.50 per hour + $1.50 shift differential Potential to earn overtime Step Pay Position will be 2nd shift from 3:00pm-11:30pm (MON-FRI) Responsibilities Order Picking and Packing: Fulfill customer orders by picking items from designated storage locations according to order specifications. Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentation. Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, inspect them for accuracy, quality, and damage, and verify that they match the corresponding documentation (such as packing slips or purchase orders). Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other warehouse team members, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow, resolve operational challenges, and meet customer demands. Qualifications that make you the perfect fit! High School Diploma or equivalent; years of experience preferred. 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred. Effective time management skills and attention to detail required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without an accommodation required.
