No previous insurance experience is required, and you do not need to currently hold an insurance license to apply. This is a fully remote, phone-based sales opportunity. Representatives speak with prospective clients, identify their life insurance needs, explain available coverage options, and assist qualified clients with the application process. Training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided. Responsibilities Communicate with prospective clients by phone Conduct life insurance appointments through telesales Identify client needs, goals, and budgets Explain available life insurance products and coverage options Assist clients with completing insurance applications Follow up with prospective clients Participate in virtual training and team meetings Continue developing product knowledge and sales skills Qualifications No previous insurance experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone Self-motivated and goal-oriented Coachable and willing to learn Professional and dependable Able to work independently in a remote environment Willing to obtain the appropriate insurance license Licensing An insurance license is not required to apply . Before conducting insurance sales, representatives must obtain and maintain the appropriate insurance license for the state or states in which they conduct insurance business.
