Regional Recruitment Lead

Driving patient recruitment and engagement strategies, the full-time salaried Regional Recruitment Lead will manage site-level teams to achieve enrollment goals and optimize performance while working remotely with occasional travel to clinical research sites. Key responsibilities Create and execute strategic recruitment plans in collaboration with the corporate patient recruitment team Guide teams in implementing multi-channel recruitment strategies and ensure an exceptional patient experience Monitor performance indicators and take targeted actions to address underperformance while fostering a culture of accountability Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; business degree preferred 3+ years managing a patient enrollment team of 5+ representatives Strong knowledge of clinical trial enrollment processes and regulations Proven leadership of geographically dispersed teams Experience managing and improving KPIs at both individual and team levels
