Overview Seasonal Ski Rental Technician will assist guests with the rental of ski and snowboard equipment, assist guests with their equipment on and off the mountain. Responsibilities Communicate knowledge of all rental equipment and its functions to the guests. Determine guest’s skiing abilities and assign equipment accordingly. Record and document all work completed on any equipment. Maintain a spotless work area. Answer guest’s questions in a friendly and helpful manner. Assist with ski valet/concierge services. Assist with ski check services. Work as a cashier. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous ski and snowboard rental experience preferred. Ability to pass binding certifications. Excellent customer service skills. Pleasant personality. Flexible with work schedule. Ability to communicate effectively. Knowledge of Palisades Tahoe Ski Area and surrounding ski areas.
