As the Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, you will manage supplier quality issues from containment through 8-D closure, ensuring effective corrective actions and continuous improvement. You will also support PPAP verification, documentation management, and supplier change management processes while partnering with global teams.As the Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, your key responsibilities will be:Manage supplier quality issues, containment activities, and corrective actionsCoordinate sorting, rework, and continuity of supply activitiesReview and verify supplier 8-D actions and documentationParticipate in supplier performance reviewsMaintain supplier PPAP databases and coordinate change management processesCommunicate quality concerns and PPAP approvals with suppliersMinimum qualifications needed for this Senior Supplier Quality Engineering position:Bachelors degree in EngineeringAt least 5 years of supplier quality experience in the automotive industryStrong knowledge of TS 16949, ISO, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, ASQ, and SPCExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to interpret technical data and manage complex issuesInternational travel required
