Now Hiring: Temporary Operations Specialist!
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Specialist to support daily business operations for one of our valued clients. This temporary role is ideal for someone who enjoys process improvement, problem-solving, and working across multiple departments to support operational success.

What You'll Do

Monitor and coordinate daily operational activities
Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
Maintain and update operational procedures and documentation
Support project planning and process improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Maintain accurate records, databases, and operational reports
Complete mail runs to the post office and local FedEx office as needed
Identify operational risks and recommend solutions
Provide support and training on operational procedures
Serve as a point of contact for operational questions and concerns

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
Knowledge of project management principles and tools
Advanced data analysis and reporting skills
Professional certifications related to operations or project management are a plus
