Requisition ID: 910912 Store #: 000087 LensCrafters Position: Full-Time Total Rewards: Benefits/Incentive Information This posting is for an existing vacancy. Pay range is 18.12 – 26.13 per hour. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts. Bonuses/commission may be offered as part of a total rewards package. Major Duties & Responsibilities Greets customers promptly (within 30 seconds) and answers the telephone in a friendly and courteous manner. Explains all required paperwork, tests, products, and services; reviews prescriptions and patient information; identifies special needs and consults with the Optician, Managing Doctor, or Retail Management when necessary. Provides attentive, accurate service under time pressure and high customer volume; resolves unsatisfied customers quickly. Demonstrates knowledge of appointment scheduling and computer systems; maintains patient records in accordance with HIPAA. Places contact lens orders, processes shipments, and submits invoices for payment. Operates the POS system with accuracy, handling payments, discounts, insurance, and coupons in line with company procedures. Explains One Hour processing and expected delivery times to customers. Maintains store appearance and visual displays per company guidelines; ensures a safe environment for associates and patients. Responds quickly to changes in store promotions with appropriate communications and materials. Retail Demonstrates product knowledge and describes features and benefits of lenses and frames. Assists customers in selecting frames and lenses that fit vision needs, lifestyle, and budget. Doctor’s Office Performs pre-examination testing with accuracy; explains measurements and answers patient questions. Provides coaching on care and handling of contact lenses; supports the Optometrist as needed. Maintains and disinfects contact lens inventory; provides clinical support as required.
