Burlington Family Dentistry is looking for a full-time General Dentist to join our established, patient-focused practice in Burlington, Washington.

This is a strong opportunity for a dentist who wants the clinical variety of comprehensive family dentistry, the support of an experienced team, and the earning potential that comes with a busy, well-rounded practice. Burlington Family Dentistry offers a wide range of services, including preventive care, periodontal therapy, children’s dentistry, root canals, sedation dentistry, whitening, veneers, implants, fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, extractions, and emergency dentistry.

This is not a narrow associate role. It is a full-scope general dentistry opportunity for someone who wants to build long-term patient relationships, diagnose comprehensive treatment, and become a trusted provider in the community.

• Estimated earnings of $200,000–$300,000 per year

• Daily minimum and % of collections; NO lab fees charged to doctor

• Diagnose, treatment plan, and deliver comprehensive care

• Build trust with patients through clear communication and clinical confidence

• Partner with hygiene, assisting, and front office teams to create a smooth patient experience

• Contribute to a positive, collaborative office culture

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional standards of care

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

• Active Washington dental license, or ability to obtain one

• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality care

• Confidence in bread-and-butter general dentistry

• Interest in a broad clinical scope

• Excellent communication skills

• Team-first mindset

• Desire to build long-term patient relationships
