Front Desk Receptionist

Overview About job: Telebeez Pro is looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist. The successful candidate should be outgoing and friendly with a gregarious personality and a natural talent for customer service. Pay range: $19.50 - $30.00 hourly Job: Full time On-site Responsibilities Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures) Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges) Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock Qualifications High school diploma or relevant qualification. Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices. Super written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
