Chick-fil-A Solon is hiring part-time Team Members for after-school, evening, and Saturday shifts. Whether you are looking for your first job, want to earn some extra money, or hope to gain experience that will prepare you for the future, we would love to meet you. We understand that high school students have a lot to balance. School comes first, and many of our Team Members also participate in sports, clubs, music, church, and other activities. We work to build schedules around the availability you provide while also meeting the needs of the restaurant. No restaurant experience is required. We will teach you what you need to know. What matters most is that you are dependable, willing to learn, and ready to contribute to the team. Responsibilities may include: Serving guests with care Taking orders at the front counter or in the drive-thru Preparing drinks, desserts, and other menu items Delivering meals to guests Preparing and assembling food Keeping work areas clean, stocked, and organized Supporting teammates during busy periods Following food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards Our restaurant can be busy, especially during dinner and on Saturdays. We are looking for people who can stay engaged, move with purpose, and keep a good attitude while working as part of a team. What We’re Looking For You do not need previous work experience to apply. We are looking for students who: Are dependable and show up ready to work Communicate respectfully Enjoy helping and serving others Stay positive during busy moments Are willing to learn and receive coaching Take pride in doing things well Prefer to work in a fast paced environment Work well with a team Can balance work responsibilities with school and other commitments Want to grow in confidence, responsibility, and leadership Experience through school activities, sports, clubs, volunteering, church, or other team environments can be helpful, but it is not required. Schedule This position is designed for high school students seeking part-time work during the school year and may include: After-school shifts Evening shifts Saturday availability Additional hours during school breaks and summer, when available You do not need to be available every evening or every Saturday. However, we are looking for students who can provide consistent weekly availability and reliably work the shifts they accept. Scheduling expectations will be discussed during the interview based on your school schedule, other commitments, and the needs of the restaurant.
