Job Description

Wanted - A superb accountant/admin/bookkeeper for two established reputable car wash businesses in Naples FL. This is a full time key position, so we seek a very responsible, organized individual with a strong work ethic. All office duties must be handled by the candidate and one coworker therefore the job requires a high degree of reliability. Experience with Quick Books is a must. Responsibilities and Duties:

Process payroll on a weekly basis
Payroll tax and quarterly reporting
Prepare W-2
Workers Comp monthly reporting
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Daily journal entries
Bank reconciliations
Year end tax preparation
LLC annual filings
Real estate taxes

Job requirements:

Experience working as an accountant
Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
Knowledgeable of computer technology that includes excel, google docs and quick books
Strong math skills
